Located at high elevation, the environment at Emerald Peak is foggy and cold throughout the year, with drastic change in temperature between the day and night. Frequent snow in winter and in early spring slow down the growth of the tea plant. As a result, the leaves become thick and full, making this selection highly suitable for repeated brews without losing its mellow and refreshing taste.
